Awake
I've been laying awake at night thinking about all this. Last night I was going through the logistics of 300 patients in one day of clinic. Some get turned away because they have something we can't treat, but even half is a lot more than the 20 I usually see in one day. PED and Tam B. will see them with me, but that is still a lot. I better bring a few extra tongue depressors! NN

10-4 on the tongue depressors. I'm sure will think of something if you run out. GO like this and say AAHHHHH. :) :)
A small ribbon retractor would work and you could disinfect it in minutes by soaking in Cavicide.
